Job description

Greet customers warmly and proactively; provide excellent in-store customer service.

Be familiar with the cashier process and system; capable of independently handling cashier duties.

Complete daily store cleaning tasks, maintain a clean and organized environment, and regularly restock and tidy shelves to ensure products are undamaged and well-presented.

Assist the store manager in executing marketing campaigns and help operate online platforms, such as WeChat groups and Xiaohongshu (RED).

Follow store manager instructions, adhere to company policies, and contribute to maintaining a positive brand image.

Job Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Levels and above, with at least 1 year of experience in the retail industry.
• Strong sense of customer service, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a good team spirit.
• Proactive, motivated, approachable, and sales-oriented.
