Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, fashion‑conscious, and sales‑driven Sales Assistant to join our team at PERSIAN BOUTIQUE, a leading women’s & men’s clothing store. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with sales, and support the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service, answering queries and offering styling advice
• Assist customers with purchases, processing transactions, and handling returns/exchanges
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and promotions
• Support the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
• Assist with visual merchandising, store displays, and maintaining a tidy and organized store environment
• Restock shelves, fold and display clothing, and assist with inventory management
• Participate in store events, promotions, and sales campaigns
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• 1‑2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of men’s fashion and current trends
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient in operating a point‑of‑sale system and handling cash transactions
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Work Location is EAST of Singapore.

Working Hours

6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays (rotating shifts)

Salary

• Commission on sales, Overtime, Target Bonus
• Possible to take home up to $2700 based of best sales performer on an average month.
