Reporting to: Store Manager

In view of our retail business expansion, we are looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join our dynamic team in Singapore. If you are passionate about luxury retail and committed to delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

In this role, you will support the daily operations of the store and play a key role in achieving sales targets, while creating a memorable shopping experience for our clientele.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily store operations
  • Drive sales target through effective selling techniques, clienteling and strong product knowledge
  • Provide excellent customer services and build long term client relationships with clients
  • Professionally handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
  • Ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and comply with corporate visual standards
  • Participate in stock control and inventory management
  • Assist with the preparation of sales and retail reports
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in luxury retail industry
  • Pleasant, self-motivated, good team player and service-oriented
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in computer literacy
  • Fluent in English; fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin is an advantage
  • Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
