Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to every walk‑in and returning client.
  • Understand the basic knowledge of luxury designer brands (e.g., Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès).
  • Assist customers with styling advice and product recommendations to drive sales to achieve sales target.
  • Maintain the boutique's cleanliness, organization, and visual standards.
  • Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Tag and display new arrivals while supporting stock intake and inventory checks.
  • Build relationships with clients through follow‑up and tailored service.
  • Stay updated on current luxury fashion trends and resale value.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales experience and customer service skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn luxury brand knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet targets
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Team player and ability to work independently
  • Fluency in English is a MUST and Mandarin is a plus
