Job summary

A retail company in Singapore is seeking customer service associates to assist customers with product inquiries, perform cashiering functions, and ensure store cleanliness. Candidates should have GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels or equivalent, good communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience is a plus but not required as training will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but training is provided.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and tourist-centric environment.
  • Ability to stand for long hours and carry out light physical duties.

  • Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both local and international shoppers.
  • Perform cashiering functions including payment processing, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Ensure merchandise is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock-take activities.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
  • Support store opening and closing procedures.
  • Handle customer feedback and elevate concerns when needed.

  • Assist in promotional activities and events when required
Requirements
  • GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required (training provided)
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and tourist-centric environment
  • Ability to stand for long hours and carry out light physical duties
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
