Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Sales and Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare proposal, and paperwork, such as quotation, sales order / purchase orders, and others.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and project progress.
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between internal teams, subcontractors and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in the monitoring of project timelines and ensure projects are delivered according to schedule.
  • Provide administrative support on sales related tasks.
  • Assist in customer service (work with customers directly when necessary).
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and project completion within schedule.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, performance and issues, and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Arrangement of delivery.
  • Monitor and track sales orders from initiation to fulfilment, ensuring orders are processed promptly and accurately.
  • Perform any ad hoc related task.
Requirements
  • . 1-2 years of work experience in sales support with electrical background.
  • . Able to prioritize and organize task.
  • . Good interprersal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • . Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
