Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Sales and Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Responsibilities
- Prepare proposal, and paperwork, such as quotation, sales order / purchase orders, and others.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and project progress.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between internal teams, subcontractors and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the monitoring of project timelines and ensure projects are delivered according to schedule.
- Provide administrative support on sales related tasks.
- Assist in customer service (work with customers directly when necessary).
- Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and project completion within schedule.
- Monitor and report on project progress, performance and issues, and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Arrangement of delivery.
- Monitor and track sales orders from initiation to fulfilment, ensuring orders are processed promptly and accurately.
- Perform any ad hoc related task.
Requirements
- . 1-2 years of work experience in sales support with electrical background.
- . Able to prioritize and organize task.
- . Good interprersal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- . Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
- . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- . Positive attitude, strong initiative and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- . Able to communicate and write with Mandrain.
- . Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
