This role is pivotal in coordinating orders, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and clients. Overview

Min. Experience: 2 years in the FMCG / Retail / Merchandising Industry

This is a Sales and Operations Specialist role supporting the Retail & Distribution Key Accounts Manager, and will require a basic amount of experience in previous similar roles.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Key Account Managers to process orders, check inventories, and do Planogram planning
  • Coordinating the Driver/Rider team and planning their delivery and collection schedule
  • Support communication between the Sales Manager and clients. Help ensure smooth transactions by addressing inquiries regarding payments, deliveries, and other concerns
  • Update & maintain client database and product catalogues
  • Any other ad-hoc duties / administrative works required by the Sales team
Qualifications
  • Strong time management, prioritization, planning, and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiatives
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sophisticated level of Excel/PowerPoint/PC skills required
  • Passion for the Games & Toys Industry will be a plus
