A leading property development company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to share and promote property projects. The role involves assisting in sales and leasing negotiations, supporting property launches, and building long-term relationships with clients. Candidates should have a diploma/degree in relevant fields and a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in real estate.

Senior Executive/Assistance Manager

Job Description
  • Share and promote the company’s property projects with prospective buyers/tenants and property agents.
  • Respond to inquiry and follow up with interested prospects and/or property agents. Assist in sales/leasing negotiations and help close transactions.
  • Support property launches, showflat operations, and events to create great customer experiences.
  • Support all planned marketing strategy and promotional campaigns.
  • Work with agencies and vendors to plan and execute creative online and offline marketing campaigns and to produce engaging materials like brochures, videos, and ads.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and buyer/tenant preferences.
  • Build long-term relationships with buyers/tenants, investors, property agents, and partners.
  • Manage and update customer databases.
  • Provide pre-transactions and post-transactions support to buyers/tenants.
  • Assist in property handovers and respond to purchaser/tenant queries.
  • Prepare all sales and leasing related documents and maintain proper record of all transactions.
  • Work closely with Finance Department to ensure timely payment by buyers/ tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in property development or real estate.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial properties is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
