Sales & Marketing Manager

Additional Information

• Up to $5,000 basic + S$800 Transport Allowance + Bonus + AWS

• Working Location: Ubi Crescent

• Working Hours: 5-day work week, 8:30am – 6:00pm

• Annual Leave: 14 days

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and business development activities for the assigned market/territory.

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to achieve targeted sales results.

• Participate in technical clarifications and discussions based on customers’ requirements.

• Work closely with customers and design engineers to specify suitable products and solutions.

• Actively explore new business opportunities and expand market share across key industries.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with strong industry contacts, preferably in:

  • Marine

  • Oil & Gas / Petrochemical

  • Utilities & Power Plants

  • EPC Contractors

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Good presentation and negotiation skills.

• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own a car. Frequently travelling to client site to be expected.

• Candidates from the Oil & Gas sector will be preferred.
