Job description
  • Establish and implement short and long range corporate goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.
  • Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Develop and manage sales & marketing operating budgets and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Assist the sales and marketing activities of INSTAD (E3 Panel Duct) PFPI and MEP ducting systems.
  • Ensure effective control of sales performance and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
  • Manage new and existing client deals, respond to enquiries and submit quotations in a timely manner to achieve sales targets of company products – R.Glazen air diffusion equipment, Ingeborg (calcium silicate board) and flexible ducting.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume and forecast reports inclusive of on‑going, negotiating and tender projects.
  • Conduct and evaluate market research including market trends and business opportunities, and adjust sales & marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
  • Hold regular management meetings and log the minutes.
  • Conduct product research and development and promote new products for both local and overseas potential markets.
  • Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long‑term market share.
  • Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media and direct mail.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events.
  • Plan and maintain regular contact with all current and prospective clients and liaise with architects, consultants and clients on their requirements & problems and offer solutions.
  • Meet with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate a sale project until successful closure, finalizing account and collection of all payments.
  • Support sales and marketing by attending local/overseas trade shows, product presentations, conferences and other marketing events.
  • Implement and manage policies and procedures to enhance sales operation.
  • Responsible for performance evaluations of sales staff and oversee their daily activities. Motivate and encourage employees.
  • Create opportunities where employees can satisfy personal goals while simultaneously meeting corporate goals.
  • Maintain risk management for sales operations.
  • Act as representative and maintain company ISO system, liaise with ISO auditors.
  • Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the Director from time to time.
