We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our school admissions initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in student recruitment, enrollment marketing, and the school admissions process, and will be instrumental in driving student enrollment growth. Experience in the educational industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage student recruitment efforts to achieve enrollment targets.
- Develop and implement enrollment marketing strategies to attract prospective students and families.
- Oversee the school admissions process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for applicants and parents.
- Plan and coordinate school outreach programs to increase visibility and engagement within the community.
- Organize and manage campus tours and open days, creating a welcoming environment for prospective students and parents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships by effectively engaging parents, addressing inquiries, and providing guidance throughout the admissions journey.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and feedback to continuously improve enrollment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in student recruitment, school admissions, or enrollment marketing; experience in the educational industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for parent engagement and community outreach.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, including school outreach programs, campus tours, and open days.
