This position reports directly to the Owner / Director and supports the development of marketing and sales initiatives for FULLTILT marine leisure business. The role provides hands-on exposure in client acquisition, digital marketing, and sustainable branding to support business growth and customer engagement.

Individual to be involved in:

  1. Assisting in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  2. Managing customer enquiries, bookings, and feedback.
  3. Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
  4. Supporting social media and content marketing efforts.
  5. Participating in events and promotional activities.
  6. Assisting in building sustainable and responsible branding strategies.

Through this attachment, the individual will:

  1. Develop client acquisition and communication skills tailored to niche marine leisure services.
  2. Gain proficiency in content creation, campaign analysis, and social media management.
