Sales and Marketing Executive (Facade systems/ curtain walls)

Plan and implement sales and marketing initiatives for facade systems, curtain walls, and building envelope solutions.

Identify and new business opportunities within the construction and architectural sectors.

Establish and nurture strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and suppliers.

Maintain and manage current client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Conduct market analysis to understand industry developments, competitor products, and client requirements.

Design and execute marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.

Prepare and present technical sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.

Track and evaluate sales performance and market trends to refine and enhance strategies.

Compile regular sales reports and forecasts for review by management.

Min 5 years proven experience in sales and marketing related to the façades, curtain wall, and building envelope systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
