Overview

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Sales team. The role involves supporting sales operation, managing online marketplace activities (Lazada, Shopee, etc.), coordinating with the warehouse for order fulfilment and assisting with marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders and sales documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely shipment and delivery
• Manage and update product listings, promotions, and pricing on online platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee)
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics, including sales forecasts and inventory reports
• Maintain effective communication with customers and internal departments
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales team

Requirements

• A Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or any relevant degree.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, e-commerce, or marketing (wholesale/FMCG experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
