A leading retail management agency in Singapore is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee store operations. Responsibilities include managing inventory, training employees, and ensuring excellent customer service. Manage store visual merchandising.
Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving and stocking products to maintain the right stock levels.
Train and ensure store employees to provide professional and excellent customer services.
Train and ensure store employees to know the products well and be able to promote the products.
Handle customer feedback and complaints and provide solutions.
Maintain positive working relationships with store employees and arrange their shift schedule.
Ensure store tidiness and cleanliness at all times.
Meet sales target.
Provide feedback to HQ on products trend and pricing.
Good organization skill
Good communication and PR skill with customers and employees.
Experience in inventory management, maintain stock levels and ordering process.
Able to withstand long and intensive working hours at physical store.
