Responsibilities

  • Manage an existing client portfolio while developing marketing initiatives to attract new customers and enhance relationships with current clients.
  • Stay informed about global oil and energy market trends; conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify business opportunities related to bunker supply demands.
  • Understand the international bunker business, including interactions with ports, suppliers, owners, charterers, and regulations.
  • Create effective marketing materials to communicate service offerings and value propositions to both new and established clients.
  • Oversee the entire sales transaction process, including quoting, negotiating, confirming orders, coordinating delivery, and offering post-delivery support.
  • Monitor customer usage of credit lines, evaluate payment performance, and assist with collections as required.
  • Resolve disputes or claims professionally and efficiently to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Support the development of junior staff and trainees.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in business, marketing, or a relevant professional qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
