Sales and Marketing Executive
Work Hours
Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 6.30pm
1 hour lunch break
Saturday: 12pm to 4pm
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to retain existing clients and attract new corporate and individual customers.
- Increase market share and maximize profitability in alignment with the company’s overall strategic goals.
- Coordinate property viewings with current tenants and potential clients; professionally present and showcase property features.
- Prepare sales documents such as quotations, service agreements, and invoices for review by the Head of Department (HOD) prior to sending to clients.
- Ensure timely payment follow-ups and maintain accurate sales records.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process in coordination with other relevant departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle client feedback and complaints professionally, working closely with supervisors to resolve issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and future clients to secure ongoing and future collaborations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and improve business strategies.
- Manage and update social media platforms, OTA listings, and digital marketing content to maintain strong online visibility and engagement.
- Monitor room inventory, pricing strategies, and booking performance on Little Hotelier to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Provide support during operational peak periods or emergencies, which may require extended working hours.
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing within the hospitality or serviced apartment industry.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with market research, data analysis, and reporting techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Little Hotelier for reservations and inventory management.
- Proficient in Xero for invoicing and payment tracking.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and basic design editing software is an added advantage.
