We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant (Full‑time) to accelerate our expansion and growth in the Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) software space. In this role, you will be mainly responsible for market research of the oil and commodity trading industry and identifying, profiling, and qualifying potential leads in the global commodity trading ecosystem—including energy, metals, agriculture, and soft commodities.

Your work will directly fuel our sales and marketing efforts by generating accurate, relevant, and actionable data on companies and decision‑makers likely to benefit from our enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Using a variety of sources, including but not limited to LinkedIn, company websites, press releases, industry reports, you will update market information and update and maintain our CRM system/internal database for our marketing and sales efforts.
  • Any other research required on an ad‑hoc basis, including travel plans (business and personal) for senior management.
  • Sales administrative duties such as coordinating our sales demo calendars, replying to emails from potential clients and checking travel claims from our sales team.
  • Provide marketing admin support in all marketing efforts such as industry events and career fairs.
  • Administrative duties such as ordering office supplies and claim submission for senior management.
  • Any other ad‑hoc requests or duties.
