Job description

Well Established Company offering Basic $3500 to $4200 + AWS + VB, Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression, and located in Boon Lay.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales team on open orders, order deadlines, and fulfilment progress.
  • Manage order approvals from sales team, ensure accurate pricing, and release invoices as needed.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to pick and pack orders for delivery, and assist with receiving incoming shipments, ensuring correct quantity and quality.
  • Oversee returns and replacements in coordination with relevant stakeholder.
  • Assist the sales team by preparing RFQs and pricing responses for customers.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate payment collection from customers according to agreed sales terms.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely, empathetic solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with logistics vendors to secure competitive shipping rates and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Support Key accounts to generate quotation and upload quotation into ERP system.
  • Monitor and resolve any logistics issues and ensure customs compliance.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management, supporting sales and operational functions.

Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years of working experience in sales support or logistics coordination
  • Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
