Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers – in person, by phone, and online.
• Promote and sell our flight packages, merchandise, and gift vouchers.
• Support daily operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
• Assist in marketing and promotional events.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe environment.
• Help with reports, admin tasks, and coordination with instructors or management.
• Represent Flight Experience positively at all times.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident, and service‑oriented personality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Organised and proactive – able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in retail, tourism, hospitality, or aviation is a plus (but not required).
