Role Overview

As a Sales and Business Development Executive at Luther Corporate Services, you will be instrumental in driving new business and strengthening client relationships in Singapore. In this role, you will develop and execute targeted sales strategies to promote our comprehensive range of corporate services, including accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate secretarial solutions. This position is ideal for a proactive, results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is eager to contribute to our ambitious revenue growth goals by identifying new opportunities, tailoring solutions to client needs, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote our accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate services to prospective clients.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research, expanding our client base and meeting specific client needs.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance reports, tracking metrics and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Drive revenue growth by actively contributing to the firm’s goal of doubling revenue within three years through securing new clients and enhancing relationships with existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, clearly communicating the value of our services to prospective clients and showcasing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate services, to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay competitive in the corporate services market.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales within professional services (e.g., accounting, tax, payroll, or corporate services) with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of corporate services, including accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate secretarial functions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with solid market research skills to align services with client needs.
  • Experienced in client engagement and relationship management, comfortable working with a diverse client base, including European clients and clients across Asia.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written, with the ability to deliver compelling client service presentations and proposals.
  • A proactive and independent team player, able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and accountable, with strong ethical standards and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
