Position Summary:

The Sales and Business Development Director serves as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the company’s commercial strategy across domestic and international markets. This role focuses on driving sustainable revenue growth, elevating brand prestige, and strengthening the company’s position as a trusted leader in luxury skincare and wellness solutions.

The Director will lead sales, distribution, and strategic partnership initiatives, ensuring that every commercial activity reflects the brand’s core values of excellence, innovation, and integrity. Through visionary leadership and market insight, this individual will cultivate long‑term relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients while expanding the brand’s presence in premium beauty and wellness channels globally.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
  • Develop and implement comprehensive global sales and marketing strategies that align with the brand’s luxury positioning and long‑term growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue high‑value market segments, emerging regions, and exclusive partnership opportunities to strengthen the brand’s presence in the luxury skincare and wellness categories.
  • Conduct in‑depth market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to anticipate trends, guide product launches, and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Formulate and manage the annual commercial plan and budget, ensuring the achievement of revenue, profitability, and brand growth targets.
  • Lead the expansion of distribution networks, flagship locations, and selective retail partnerships across key global markets.
Sales Excellence & Client Relationship Management
  • Direct and mentor the Sales team in developing tailored proposals, strategic presentations, and high‑level negotiations with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
  • Foster strategic relationships with luxury department stores, high‑end boutiques, wellness clinics, and e‑commerce partners, ensuring the brand’s presence aligns with its prestige.
  • Oversee the preparation of RFPs/RFQs and ensure proposals reflect the brand’s standards of quality, exclusivity, and integrity.
  • Uphold exceptional service standards and ensure all sales activities adhere to corporate policies, regulatory compliance, and brand confidentiality.
Brand & Marketing Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing, Product Development, and Creative teams to craft integrated marketing campaigns, exclusive product launches, and global brand activations.
  • Oversee participation in prestigious exhibitions, beauty trade fairs, VIP events, and luxury partnerships to enhance brand visibility and desirability.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, imagery, and storytelling across all markets and customer touchpoints.
  • Leverage consumer insights and market analytics to refine product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies tailored to discerning clientele.
Customer Experience & After‑Sales Excellence
  • Champion a bespoke customer experience philosophy, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces the brand’s promise of quality, efficacy, and sophistication.
  • Deliver premium after‑sales support through ongoing client engagement, education, and personalized advisory services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design value‑added programs, loyalty initiatives, and client care strategies that foster long‑term brand advocacy.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a high‑performing commercial team that embodies the brand’s ethos of excellence and professionalism.
  • Set clear performance objectives, foster accountability, and encourage continuous learning and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with regional leaders, marketing executives, and manufacturing teams to ensure commercial alignment and operational efficiency.
Operational & Financial Oversight
  • Monitor sales performance, profitability, and ROI across product lines and markets; prepare detailed business performance reports for senior management.
  • Ensure all commercial practices comply with international luxury retail standards, product labeling requirements, and ethical marketing guidelines.
  • Safeguard the company’s proprietary information and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity.
Other Responsibilities

Perform additional duties or strategic projects as assigned by executive management.

Qualifications:
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA preferred).

Additional training in luxury brand management or international marketing is advantageous.

Experience
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, business development, or commercial management within the luxury skincare, cosmetics, or premium wellness sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding global brand presence across selective distribution and prestige retail channels.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high‑level client relationships and distributor networks.
  • Solid understanding of luxury consumer behavior, skincare science, and wellness market dynamics.
