Working Days: 5 Days (Rotating Shifts)

Working Hours: Up to 44 hours per week

Job Description:

• Customer Interaction: Demonstrate excellent communication skills with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Sales & Fitting: Assist customers in selecting wigs, fitting, and styling them to meet their expectations.
• Wig Care & Styling Advice: Provide personalized advice to customers on wig care and home-styling techniques.
• Hairpiece Maintenance: Maintain and style hairpieces under the guidance of the Hair Stylist Director, ensuring top-notch service.
• Product Display & Standards: Ensure that all products and displays maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Training: Receive product and maintenance training from the Hair Stylist Director to enhance your skills.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required by the Hair Stylist Director to support the salon's operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the retail industry.
• Bonus: Proficiency in hair styling will be an added advantage, with an additional allowance.
