Location: Eastpoint Mall, B1-19/20/21, Singapore

Salary Range: SGD 4,500 – 8,500 / month (Base + Commission)

Employment Type: Full-time (5 days per week, including weekends)

Eligibility: Singapore Citizens & P Rs only

As part of our expansion across Singapore, we are looking for passionate and high-performing individuals to join our Admissions & Academic Consulting team — also known as Learning Consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct parent consultations to understand students’ learning needs and recommend suitable programmes.
  • Follow up with new leads and guide families through the trial lesson and enrolment process.
  • Work closely with teachers to ensure a smooth student onboarding and learning experience.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, open houses, and school events to engage new families.
  • Manage CRM records, track conversion performance, and achieve monthly enrolment targets.
Requirements
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) only.
  • Diploma or Degree in any field; background in education, psychology, or communications is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, education consulting, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency preferred to liaise with parents).
  • Able to work on weekends (weekdays off-in-lieu).
  • Driven, empathetic, and passionate about helping children achieve their academic goals.
