A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a Sales Admin to respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage purchase orders. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in sales admin or related fields, with strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities. The role is essential in supporting the sales team and coordinating with various departments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales admin or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, including quotations and order status updates.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, including obtaining pricing approvals.
  • Process customer purchase orders: enter into ERP system, check availability, and confirm delivery schedule.
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers and monitor shipping schedules.
  • Expedite deliveries and receive goods in ERP system.
  • Coordinate delivery arrangements with warehouse and issue customer billing.
  • Manage consignment operations: plan supplier orders, arrange replenishment, and handle billing.
  • Maintain accurate filing of documents and records.
  • Support sales team with customer-related queries and requirements.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual internal and external audit checks.
  • Perform month‑end closing activities.
