Job description

Our client, a well‑known company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Administrator.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Respond to customer inquiries, including requests for quotes and order statuses.
  • Prepare and submit quotations to clients, seeking necessary pricing approvals.
  • Process customer purchase orders by entering orders into the ERP system, verifying availability, and confirming delivery schedules to customers.
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers, monitoring shipping schedules and managing receipt of goods in the ERP system.
  • Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and handle billing for customers.
  • Oversee consignment operations with specific clients, including planning orders, arranging replenishments, and managing billing processes.
  • Maintain organized records and filing of documents.
  • Provide support to the sales team on various customer‑related queries and requirements.
  • Assist with quarterly and yearly internal and external audit checks.
  • Execute month‑end closing tasks efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing work improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Engage in departmental and corporate activities.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum diploma from a recognized local polytechnic or an equivalent qualification.
