Job summary

A leading e-commerce company based in Singapore is seeking a dedicated operations coordinator. The successful candidate will manage product details, coordinate with various departments for order fulfillment, and ensure customer inquiries are handled efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze sales trends to develop promotional strategies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update product details, inventory, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Handle inquiries from various channels including email and phone.
  • Receive and process orders from multiple e-commerce platforms, company email accounts and phone calls, in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all sales related documents are properly received, prepared, and filed.
  • Ensure data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management perusal.
  • Monitor sales trends or customer behavior and suggest alternative sales or promotion strategy where possible/necessary.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively and efficiently and where necessary, elevate to management for reporting purpose or further action.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the sales and marketing manager.
