Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to handle customer inquiries, manage Purchase Orders, and support the sales team. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, including request for quotation and order status.
  • Prepare & submit quotations to customers, seeking pricing approval.
  • Process Customer Purchase Orders and check availability.
  • Issue Purchase Order to suppliers and monitor shipping schedule.
  • Arrange delivery with the warehouse and issue billing to customers.
  • Manage consignment operations with customers.
  • Maintain proper filing of documents.
  • Support the sales team on queries from customers.
  • Handle quarterly/yearly audit checks.
  • Perform month-end closing tasks.

Up to $3,300 (Basic Salary) + $150 (Transport Allowance) + $400 (Commitment Allowance) + AWS + VB

Job Description
  • Handle customer inquiries, including request for quotation and order status.
  • Prepare & submit quotations to customers, including seeking pricing approval.
  • Process Customer Purchase Orders (receiving PO, enter order into ERP system, check availability, and acknowledge to customer with delivery schedule).
  • Issue Purchase Order to suppliers (enter PO, monitor supplier shipping schedule, adjust & expedite, receipt goods in ERP system).
  • Arrange delivery with warehouse, and issue billing to customer.
  • Manage consignment operations with certain customers, including planning of orders to suppliers, arrange replenishment, & issue billing.
  • Maintain proper filing of documents/records.
  • Support the sales team on queries/requirements from customers.
  • Handle quarterly/yearly internal & external audit checks.
  • Perform month-end closing tasks.
Corporate Activities
  • Participate in daily work improvement & cost reduction activities.
  • Participate in departmental & corporate activities.
Requirements
  • Min. Diploma in local polytechnic, or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of working experience, experience in related capacity a plus.
  • Proficient in using PC, MS Office.
