Job Scope & Description

The EV Sales Specialist (Administration Support) plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience after the sales process. This position supports the sales team by handling after-sales services, customer inquiries, documentation, and administrative tasks. The role requires excellent coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal departments for post‑sales onboarding, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
  • Assist customers with appointment bookings and product‑related troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with customer service centers, technical teams, and suppliers to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Track site performance vs budgeted.
  • Prepare sales agreements, quotations, and other necessary documents.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies in documentation and processing.
  • Maintain an organized database of sales transactions and customer information.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Follow up with customers post‑purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct customer feedback surveys and compile reports for sales and service improvement.
  • Support the implementation of loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
Coordination & Team Support
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer handover process.
  • Support marketing initiatives related to after‑sales promotions and campaigns.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Monitor sales support metrics and identify areas for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Administration, or related fields.
