Provide admin support for sales engineer team and customers.
Attend to daily customer enquiries and follow up on potential sales.
Handle quotations, order processing and invoicing.
Process sales order and arrange on logistics matters.
In charge of material sourcing and process PO.
Follow up on payment and prepare warranty certificate.
Handle all after sales matters and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain proper record and filling system.
Monitor and compare monthly sales forecast.
