Overview
The EV Sales Specialist ( Administration Support) plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience after the sales process. This position supports the sales team by handling after-sales services, customer inquiries, documentation, and administrative tasks. The role requires excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales, After-Sales Support
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal departments for post-sales onboarding, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Assist customers with appointment bookings, and product-related troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with customer service centers, technical teams, and suppliers to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Track site performance vs budgeted
- Sales Administration & Documentation
- Prepare sales agreements, quotations, and other necessary documents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies in documentation and processing.
- Maintain an organized database of sales transactions and customer information.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys and compile reports for sales and service improvement.
- Support the implementation of loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
- Coordination & Team Support
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer handover process.
- Support marketing initiatives related to after-sales promotions and campaigns.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Generate after-sales performance reports for management review.
- Monitor sales support metrics and identify areas for process improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in automotive, EV, or customer service-related roles is a plus but not a must
- Can do attitude and great teamwork.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
