Job Title: Sales Admin (ID4743)

Location: Pioneer

Working Hours: 5 days 8.30am-5.50pm (Mon – Fri)

Salary: $2500-$3000

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on sales enquiries via telephone calls, emails, etc.
• Responsible for following up on enquiries
• Responsible for expediting order processing, preparing quotations and invoicing
• Work closely with sales team and providing them with updates when necessary
• Coordinate with Store and Logistics teams on delivery
• Coordinate and monitor deliveries and inventories for customers
• Inventory management
• Provide operational support to the Sales team

Requirements

• 2 years relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing/ Customer Service or Trading preferred
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Able to work half a day on one Saturday a month
