A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Admin Assistant to aid in administrative duties and customer liaison. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience and is familiar with Microsoft Office and ISO standards. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist seniors in administrative duties.
  • Prepare tax invoices, purchase orders, and inventory.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding orders.
  • Coordinate with freight and media companies.
  • Attend to walk-in customers.
