Job Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to support our Trade Operations team. The role offers exposure to international trade processes, system governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with third-party vendors such as freight forwarders, trade document service providers, and insurers.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of trade documents.
• Analyze trade data to identify trends, opportunities, and cost savings.
• Serve as the main contact between internal teams (logistics, finance, legal) and documentation vendors.
• Act as system owner for Trade Systems — ensuring functionality, performance, and compliance.
• Work with IT, compliance, and operations teams to enhance system capabilities.
• Maintain system governance (user access, data integrity, compliance).
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in international trade, import/export operations, or trade compliance preferred.
• L/C (Letter of Credit) experience will be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, HS codes, and trade documentation.
• Familiar with trade finance instruments (LCs, Bills of Lading, etc.).
• Knowledge of trade system digitalization and automation is an advantage.
