Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Admin Assistant to assist in various administrative tasks, such as invoicing and liaising with customers and suppliers. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and familiarity with MS Office applications. The position offers a salary range of $2800 - $3000 and a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative/relevant work experience.
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist seniors in administrative duties.
  • Prepare Tax Invoices, P.O., Data Entry & monthly inventory.
  • Liaise with customers & suppliers on orders, delivery, shipments, AR & AP.
  • Liaise with freight, media & printing companies.
  • Attend to walk-in customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • To assist senior in administrative duties
  • Prepare Tax Invoices, P.O., Data Entry & monthly inventory
  • To liaise with customers & suppliers on orders, delivery, shipments, AR & AP
  • Liaise with freight, media & printing companies
  • Any other duties and assignments from the superior as required
  • Attend to walk-in customers
Requirements
