Job Responsibilities
Admin Assistant (Ubi – Electrical Industry)
- Prepare Delivery Orders, Invoices, Packing Lists, and shipping documents.
- Process order data entry and maintain accuracy in the ERP system (Accpac).
- Place Purchase Orders and liaise with suppliers and principals on delivery matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track orders, deliveries, and inventory status.
- Assist in report preparation, filing, and document control.
- Support workflow improvements and ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Warehouse Admin (Tai Seng – Medical Device Industry)
- Handle warehouse documentation including delivery orders, invoices, and shipping forms.
- Update and maintain stock and inventory records in the system.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, drivers, and suppliers for daily operations.
- Support in stock-taking, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Provide general administrative support for warehouse and logistics functions.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
Sales Coordinator / Executive (Woodlands – Industrial Manufacturing)
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Department.
- Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on client requirements.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for project submissions.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotations and order processing.
- Manage tender documentation, cost analysis, and client approvals.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records in CRM or database.
- Assist with marketing support and other sales-related administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- GCE O-Level / NITEC / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administration, warehouse coordination, or sales support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Accpac or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
