Job summary

A local automotive company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Admin Officer. The role involves processing Vehicle Purchase Agreements and liaising with dealers. Candidates should have a minimum of 'O' levels and at least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous. This position requires good communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 'O' levels and above preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office would be an added advantage.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Admin Officer in the automotive industry or related field.

  • Process Vehicle Purchase Agreements.
  • Fax to finance institution/bank to quote settlement amount.
  • Email sales executives/sales support on the settlement quote.
  • Check HPFLAS for no outstanding finance.
  • Ensure all documents are submitted.

Working Hours

Mondays to Fridays: 0900hrs to 1800hrs

Alternate Saturdays: 0900hrs to 1300hrs

Job Responsibilities
  • To process Vehicle Purchase Agreements
  • Fax to finance institution/bank to quote settlement amount.
  • To email sales executives/sales support on the settlement quote.
  • To check HPFLAS for no outstanding finance and to lodge Form A.
  • To ensure Management has signed all documents.
  • To fax to dealers on confirmation quotes.
  • To upload PCMS for all VPA files.
  • To split files, put in brown folders and submit to Finance department.
  • To attend to sales executives/Finance/Sales support requesting for full settlement requotes or VDR.
  • To handle VDR – upon cars hand over.
  • To ensure settlement quotes are valid.
  • To ensure all documents are submitted.
  • To expedite submission of VDR to Finance department.
  • To issue Vehicle Sales Agreement.
  • Fax to dealers – vehicle upon e-transfer to Premium Automobiles Pte Ltd.
  • To liaise with dealers pertaining to collection of vehicles.
  • To ensure dealer’s cheques are bank-in.
  • To follow up – dealers to accept initiate transfer.
  • To email Finance department – dealers upon acceptance.
  • To update PCMS.
  • To close file for filing.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
