Job summary

A fast-growing logistics service provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales Admin / Customer Service Coordinator to support sales operations and logistics for local and regional markets. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely delivery. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in sales administration and be proficient in MS Office. This role may require flexibility for alternate Saturdays and month-end extended hours.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or shipping support.
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work alternate Saturdays and extended hours during month-end.

  • Process sales orders and update e-commerce product inventories.

Sales Admin / Customer Service Coordinator

Join a dynamic team supporting sales operations and logistics for local and regional markets!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and update e-commerce product inventories.
  • Prepare shipping and customs documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates, Form D, etc.).
  • Coordinate with factories, forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor Letters of Credit, Accounts Receivable, payments, and credit limits.
  • Handle customer product enquiries and support returns/exchanges.
  • Assist in ad hoc sales and logistics tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, ITE, or Diploma holders.
  • 3–5 years in sales administration, customer service, or shipping support.
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation preferred; LC experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Flexible to work alternate Saturdays and extended hours during month-end.
