  • ✅ Process sales orders, monitor delivery status, and manage post-sales follow-ups to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • ✅ Support the sales team with lead generation, follow-up activities, and coordinating appointments with potential clients.
  • ✅ Manage customer enquiries and provide timely solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
  • ✅ Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing and workflow coordination.
  • ✅ Update and maintain accurate customer records within the system.
  • ✅ Organize and track sales-related documents and oversee the replenishment of office supplies.
  • ✅ Coordinate with freight forwarders to manage shipment schedules efficiently.
