A waste management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrative professional to assist with project documentation, customer coordination, and provide support to the Operations/Sales team. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and must possess at least a diploma or higher. Full-time position available, and only Singaporeans may apply.
1. Preparation of project documentations (Site Clearance, Name List, PTW, Risk Assessment etc)
2. Assist in planning for jobs required according to work schedule and requirements and ensure budget and cost are in control.
3. Coordinate with customers and plan for job schedules. Evaluate customer needs and respond effectively with a good plan.
4. Liaise with operations and sales team on customers’ feedbacks and complaints
5. Liaise with operations and sales team and accounts department for timely billing of work done
6. Maintaining proper department filings and records
7. Assist in preparations of quotations, and internal registration.
8. Renewal and maintain relevant licenses.
9. Provide administration support to the Operations/ Sales Team
10. Assume any other duties suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company
