📌 Job Opening: Sales Admin cum Indoor Sales Executive (Work From Home)

🏢 Company: MEWP Equipment Rental (Scissor Lift / Boom Lift Rental)
📍 Location: Singapore (Preferably staying near Yishun)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

💡 About Us

We are an equipment rental company specializing in MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms) such as Scissor Lifts and Boom Lifts, supplying to construction, industrial, and maintenance sectors.

🛠️ Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue quotations, delivery orders, invoices & rental contracts
  • Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email
  • Follow up with inquiries & convert leads to rental orders (indoor sales only)
  • Update rental records and sales reports
  • Coordinate machine delivery, collection, and after-rental schedules
  • Provide admin support to operations team
  • Occasional onsite support to prepare machines at office/yard
    (Only when management is overseas — approximately once every few months)
📌 Work Arrangement

🖥️ Work From Home
📍 Must be willing to go to office (Yishun) when requested
📆 Monthly company meeting once per month (in Singapore or Malaysia(Transport provided))

📌 Requirements
  • Singaporean only
  • Preferably living near Yishun
  • Prior admin/sales experience (rental/industrial background is an advantage)
  • Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a bonus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
  • Willing to learn about MEWP equipment (training provided)
