  • Graduated from ITE, preferably in Business Admin, Office Skills, or Retail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Meticulous and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for Sales Operations.
  • Manage and update Pricing & Costing Lists.
  • Process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Invoices.
  • Coordinate with Logistics for timely deliveries.
  • Assist in compiling reports and operations for the Sales Department.

Job Responsibilities
  • Administrative support for Sales Operations
  • Manage & update Pricing & Costing Lists
  • Order processing of Sales Orders/ Purchase Orders/ Delivery Orders/ Invoices
  • Coordinate with Logistics & Installation dept to ensure timely delivery
  • Providing sales& marketing support to the Sales Department.
  • Maintain systematic filing systems & records
  • Assist Sales Department to coordinate, collate and compile reports & operations
  • Other ad-hoc duties and project assigned
Requirements
  • Min. ITE preferably in Business Admin/Office Skill / Retail
  • Singaporeans are welcome
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work with a team and independently
  • Meticulous, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Others
  • Working Location - North
  • Working hrs / day - 8.45am to 6.00pm (Mon - Fri), 8.45am to 1.00pm (1st sat of the month)
