Job description
Sales Admin / Coordinator (MNC) - Joo Koon - $3300 - Urgent

Work Location: Joo Koon
Work hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: $3000 to $3300 + AWS + VB

Manage order management duties such as:
  • Responsible for order processing, administration and management of Material orders received from customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer satisfaction with quick response times to all customer requests and inquiries.
  • Create shipping documents and perform good receipts in SAP.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders are dispatched and delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate customers’ order records on the monitoring sheet, including customer specific information, sales contracts/quotation, labelling and packing and delivery requirements.
  • Coordinate & liaise with the warehousing and logistics vendors to ensure smooth operation.
  • Ensure correctness and accuracy of inventory in the warehouse.
  • Prepare SAP Monthly health checks (SD/MM) for the month end closing.
  • Take an initiative to resolve & handle exceptions in the operation.
  • Ensure proper and prompt archival of documents in xECM (OpenText).
  • Verify / Submit the freight bills timely to the account department for payment.
  • Communication and collaboration with customers, operations, sales and our shared service center team.
