Job summary

A recruitment consultancy in Singapore seeks a Sales Support Executive to assist customers with inquiries and manage operations. The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing and IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP and shipping documentation is advantageous. This role involves coordinating with logistics and sales teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing.

  • Familiarity with shipping and marine insurance is a plus.

Job Description
  • Assist customers on sales enquiries via telephone calls, emails, etc.
  • Responsible for following up on enquiries
  • Responsible for expediting order processing, preparing quotations and invoicing
  • Work closely with sales team and providing them with updates when necessary
  • Coordinate with Store and Logistics teams on delivery
  • Coordinate and monitor deliveries and inventories for customers
  • Inventory management
  • Provide operational support to the Sales team
Requirements
  • 2 years of relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing
  • IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Knowledge of import/ export documentation, shipping, marine insurance and/or L/C negotiation is an advantage
