Sales Admin Assistant / Officer
You will be part of the Sales Admin team to provide support to the Sales Team:
Responsibilities
- Process, monitor and follow up on Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
- Liaise with Customers and Principals on order status
- Collaborate and co-ordinate with relevant parties and team members to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner
- Prepare Delivery Orders, Tax Invoices and relevant shipping documents
- Any other administration duties
- Experience in SAP is an advantage
Requirements
- 0/A Level or Diploma
- Minimum 1 year's working experience.
- Entry-level candidates will be considered
- Fluent in English, both oral and written and/or Spoken Chinese (to understand and handle Chinese language-related documents and to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts for business purposes)
- Proficient with Windows-based applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Customer-driven and service-oriented.
- Pro-active, highly organised, meticulous and must be a good team player.
- Disciplined, hardworking and able to multi-task and perform under pressure
