Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join a dynamic team. The role involves managing customer inquiries, processing sales orders, and coordinating with logistics to ensure timely deliveries. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in sales order processing and be proficient in Microsoft Office. A salary package of up to $3,500 is offered, along with AWS and bonuses. This position requires immediate availability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels.

  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams.
  • Handle shipping and customs documentation.

  • Resolve queries and discrepancies with internal departments.

  • Negotiate freight rates with forwarders.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Our esteemed client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team:

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: Sales Coordinator
  • Location: West
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + AWS + Bonus
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels and provide information on product availability, delivery schedules, and shipment details.
  • Process and verify sales orders accurately and promptly in the system.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle shipping and customs documentation, liaising with forwarders and shipping agents.
  • Prepare sales reports, track order records, and support sales meetings.
  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve queries and discrepancies.
  • Verify and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Negotiate freight rates with appointed forwarders to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
Job Requirements
