An emerging IT Security Services Firm in Jurong Area is looking for a candidate to assist with sales orders and support business development efforts. The role requires a minimum diploma or degree in Business. The selected candidate will help track metrics, manage invoicing details, and maintain sales processes within a dynamic team environment. • Maintain and optimize the sales team’s processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Delivery Orders in the internal accounting system.

• Support the Business Development team with customer inquiries, liaising with suppliers and performing follow-ups

• Follow up and track various metrics related to sales and projects.

• Support the finance team with information needed for invoicing matters.

• Track project licenses and maintenance dates, reminding customers in advance of renewals.

• Maintain and optimize the sales team’s processes, including CRM contact records, knowledge base, and document repository.
