Job summary

A leading catering service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator. You will accurately key in customer orders and assist the sales team in coordinating requests and order changes. The ideal candidate has at least 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and is detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position requires a meticulous approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, admin, or customer service (F&B or catering industry preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to start work at short notice will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Key in customer orders and details into the system on a timely basis.
  • Assist sales team in coordinating with customers on requests, order changes, and event details.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments.
