About the role

Setelco Communications Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Sales Admin Assistant to join our team in the North-East Region. In this full-time position, you will provide crucial administrative support to our sales department, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing
  • To provide administrative supports to Sales & Marketing Teams
  • Co-ordinate sales requests such as check stock availability and delivery arrangement
  • Handle customers' sellthru/marketing claims
  • Handle customers order processing & sales order creation
  • Ensure that all customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Engage the customers via phone calls and emails
  • Handle goods returns/RMA arrangement
  • On-the-job training provided
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manage
What we're looking for
  1. At least 1 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply too.
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  4. Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
  5. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
