Job summary

A leading energy-saving technology firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Executive to facilitate daily customer interactions and manage quotations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in pest control, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, is essential. This role involves preparing tender documents and supporting sales functions.

• Provide sales support, liaise with team and/ or customers on daily basis
• Prepare and process quotation and contracts
• Follow up on quotations until works order received
• Answer phone call and email enquiries
• Prepare powerpoint presentations
• Fill out company pre-qualification documents
• Prepare tender documents and supporting documentation
• Any other assigned duties related to sales support function

Expected Areas of Competence

• Sales and/ or customer service experience in pest control or related fields preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience
• Thorough understanding of marketing, sales and negotiating techniques
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Powerpoint
• Needs to be self motivated, interested to learn and understand the industry
• Must be a strong team player and communicator
• Needs to have good attention to detail
